  1. Appointments

  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.

  • Please arrive on time. Let jenny know if you are late.

2. Cancellations

  • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Health & Safety

  • Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before your treatment.

  • Massage services are not a substitute for medical care.

4. Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of your appointment unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept bank transfer and Paypal.

5. Gift Vouchers

  • Non-refundable and must be redeemed before the expiry date stated.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Liability

While every care is taken during your treatment, A Sanctuary Massage is not liable for any unforeseen reactions unless caused by negligence.

7. Changes to Services or Pricing

We reserve the right to change our services, prices, or policies at any time. Updates will be published on our website.
